Chronic inflammation is the root of diseases like diabetes, heart disease, Alzheimer’s and cancer. Inflammation can also impact how much pain you feel. Food has a role in the amount of inflammation in your body – it can fan the flames or cool the fire. Licensed nutritionist Amber Hanson will walk you through which foods to eat and which foods to minimize that may help reduce inflammation.
