All cooking classes are demonstration style. Participants get a copy of the recipes featured in class. Recipes focus on increasing vegetable and fruit intake in fun ways and a discussion on how to build a balanced snack to keep help manage kiddos energy and mood. All recipes are gluten-free and most are dairy-free. This class is appropriate for parents or caretakers but kids ages 12 and older are welcome to attend at a reduced cost with a paying adult.
