Elimination diets are the gold standard to determine food triggers for symptoms ranging from digestive distress and skin issues to fatigue, brain fog, joint pain and more. Undertaking an elimination diet can be daunting which is where this group comes in. The first two weeks include information and resources on how to set yourself up for success. Weekly support during the 4 weeks of the elimination diet keep you committed and motivated with social support and new recipes. A carefully planned reintroduction is the key to determining food triggers and is often the most challenging part, group support will make it easier to manage and help you transition your learnings into a long-term eating plan. In addition to in-person weekly meetings this class also has a Private Facebook Group moderated by Amber for quick answers to questions as they arise. This class is lecture style with some cooking demonstrations. Meets every Monday for 8 weeks.
