How many Januarys have you spent in the throes of another diet that promised quick results but left you hungry, tired, cranky and quitting before the month is even up? Weight loss is not as simple as calories in and calories out. And health and happiness are not as simple as a lower number on the scale. This 6-week series will take a holistic approach focusing on several key areas - food, movement, stress, sleep, hydration, inner thoughts, and outer support - to start you on the path to becoming YOUR happiest and healthiest self. 

Classes meet weekly on Monday evenings from 6:30-7:30 pm at Wellness Minneapolis starting January 7th.
